im so sad right now, b/c marie curie's youngest daughter has died at 102 years of age. ever since i saw the movie Madame Curie, i became so fascinated with her life that i wrote a term paper on her. it was almost 11 pages long. i love marie curie, and then i researched iren, her eldest daughter, and eve, and pierre, marie's husband. they were an amazing family!!!! marie was the firt woman ever to win a nobel prixe award(shared with her husband), and then became the firts person to win 2 nobel prize awards. irene and her husband won a nobel prize award too years after marie did, and eve wrote her mother's biography which was made into the movie which i love dearly, and always will. it is amazing eve did not die earlier of radiation from all of her parents experience, which is what marie, irene, and her husband died of eventually. not that i wanted her to die earlier, but i am amazed
this family has inspired me so much in my life, and i admire them for it!!!
