Turned on my TV today and Walter was just starting in a movie called voyage to the bottom of the sea, he looked so cute with a mustache and although he was old he was still as ever very handsome, didn't like movie tho, but recorded for my hubby as he loves war films and is watching at this moment.

That's the movie that spawned the popular futuristic TV series in the 1960's.
I remember watching an episode in the 1960s, and Richard Basehart said to David Hedison, "Lee, do you remember back in 1972 ..."
I was a kid and it blew me away to hear him mention a future date as if it were in the past.
Sorry for rambling. I haven't seen the Walter movie.

Is that Ginger Rogers from "Weekend at the Waldorf"?
And with Cesar Romero above, I presume that's from "She's Dangerous" with Tala Birell, of whom I had never heard?
(I got all the info above from IMDB.)

If that picture with Cesar Romero is indeed from "She's Dangerous," then that actress is definitely Tala Birell, who played Greer's arch-rival Lady Nora in "Mrs. Parkington"!!!

I just ADORE Walter Pidgeon. I have a fanfiction in mind where he and Greer were transported in time, in OUR time, and they have amnesia, and fall in love! It's just so wonderful!
