yes julia definitely misbehaves, but in a good way....always heehee!
this is another one with walter pidgeon, but this time they are separated, but not divorced and have a daughter, played by 16 year old elizabeth taylor. she actually plays like an eighteen maybe nineteen year old, anyway, she is getting married, and invited her mother to go to her wedding. well julia hops on that bus or whatever she used for transportation and headed to the wedding. but young elizabeth is really in love with really cute peter lawford who is also in love with her.
along the way, julia meets ceasar romero who then wants to marry her not knowing about her husband. when she finally arrives to the house, the story is then fixed on elizabeth taylor trying to bring her parents back together at the end, while julia tries to match up elizabeth with peter so everything can go smashingly, butthen ceasar romero showa up at the house, and he and walter have words between each other. who does she eventually end up with? i know i know*as i raise my hand with an innocent look about my face*

I loved this movie when I first saw it. It was something so different from her previous roles. It's something Lucille Ball would've done and I read that while at MGM, Greer wanted more of Lucy like roles and Lucy wanted Greer's roles.

My favorite part in this movie is where that overly manly...dude picks Walter up in the chair and Walter goes, "YOU WERE USING YOUR LEGS!!" And he starts slapping himself around! LOL
*Sigh* He was so funny in this movie. And Greer was just gorgeously...sneaky, lol. I've only seen "Madam Curie" and "Mrs. Miniver" so for me it was a complete shock! lol

heehee! sipping her tea as usual. i love that she had her tea every single day in her dressing room ar four o' clock sharp. she even invited all her costars in their to chat and share tea with her. i have love drinking hot tea with cream every day since i was real little and found it funny that she did too.
i found it so amazing that aftr only a few films she made, they actually let her take a break every day at four o' clock to drink tea. that just shows you how respected she was.

Here's another behind-the-scenes picture from Julia Misbehaves, only this time she's only a "little wet". She must have strong toes!

Pictured with Greer are Jack Conway, director, Joseph Ruttenberg, and Louis B. Mayer. Rehearsing with Ceasar Romero. She has great balance.
